MISSION

In response to the tragic and catastrophic events such as financial instability, terrorist attacks, mass shootings, job loss, natural and pandemic disasters, UHG is awarding emergency grant assistance and has provided more than $467 billion which focus primarily on fostering hardship relief and economic independence.

Grant Decisions

The Grant Review Committee meets during September – October and final decisions are communicated to Applicants in November and December. Grant requests of up to $270,000 will be considered; The average grant amount is $25,000.

Eligibility

To become eligible for the UHG program, applicants must establish a profile and also applicants must also agree to report to the UHG on their use of grants received from the UHG .
